Nona has been doing my bleach and tone since I started college, and I have been a loyal customer for years now. She has kept me a consistent platinum blonde for years and my hair always looks fantastic. Not a single band or issue with my hair ever, it always turns out exactly how I want it. She has the sweetest heart and loves to hear about my life updates. Genuinely the best stylist I've ever been to. I've had issues with the front desk mixing up scheduling with me, and they have always been quick to fix the issue. Absolutely love this salon and will continue to come back for years to come. Luna was amazing! Not only was she super sweet and friendly, but I love my new hair. I also loved the extra touch at the end of my hair wash. I showed her a reference picture of what I wanted to do and she nailed it. 10/10 would recommend Luna ✨

It’s not always easy to find someone who truly understands your style, especially when you’re trusting them with someone you love. Today I brought my mom back to a place she already liked, and once again, the experience did not disappoint. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed, respected, and well taken care of. Thank you, Michelle, for your professionalism, attention to detail, and for truly listening. And thank you to Tzunami for the amazing service and care throughout the visit. The quality of the products, the organization, and the respect for our time made a big difference. We arrived at 9:00 am and were completely done by 10:45 am — color, cut, styling, and even a relaxing massage. My mom left feeling happy, confident, and cared for, which means everything to me. Thank you for such a wonderful experience. We truly appreciate it and will definitely be back.

**Update: Salon Dulay has reached out to me and has been amazing. This experience was not the usual 5 star service. That being said, I will go back again, have been going to this salon since it first opened. I have always had an amazing experience and have also referred friends. I’m sad to say my visit recently was disappointing. I was there 4 hours for a trim and partial highlight. I could not believe it took that long. I sat at the shampoo bowl for what seemed like forever. I know the toner takes a bit but I think they were wasting time as the stylist was running late. I get that it was busy and can understand running behind. However, finally I was seated at the waiting chair and left with a wet towel on my head that fell off. My hair was a ratted mess. No one came to check on me or appologize for taking so long. The haircut was amazing as usual. 4 hours is way too long. I also felt like once my color was processed, I was passed off to the shampoo person and the colorist was done with me. She came in and I could hear her talking with the shampoo girl about my toner but I was never acknowledged. Getting my hair done is a luxury and I save to come here cause it is not cheap. I always feel great when I leave. Loved the color and cut but I did leave annoyed and felt like my day was wasted. I will add that I have had color corrections that have taken a lot less time.

I chose Vanessa as my stylist after doing some research, and her expertise was clear—she’s not only highly skilled but also teaches around the country. She listened closely to what I wanted and provided thoughtful feedback throughout, making me feel comfortable and confident in her hands. My experience was elevated by the aromatherapy treatments she included during the conditioning and again before I left, adding a relaxing touch to the appointment. Before heading out, Vanessa gave me some complimentary samples, and the staff ensured I felt cared for even as I left, offering snacks to take home. I’m truly pleased to have found such a professional and attentive salon locally, and I no longer need to travel back to Michigan for a great haircut!
